5th Grade
Instructor: Mrs. Horn, Mrs. Jones, Ms. Fike, Ms. Piccolo
Congratulations to all the 5th graders for graduating from D.A.R.E.!  What an accomplishment!

We are half way through the school year.  During the third nine weeks of school, we are learning about...

American Revolution and the New Nation in Social Studies
Matter and Oceans in Science
Geometry and Decimals in Math

We look forward to the many events fifth graders participate in, like middle school orientation, a trip to Pamplin Civil War Park, and DARE Day at Pratt Park!  Stay tuned as more details come out in the purple weekly newsletters!

Remember, our adjusted school schedule has a 10 minute earlier start time and a 10 minute later dismissal time!  This was put into place because of the inclement weather we had this past winter.
